delivered to you.

Unless a product is defective, the only condition for accepting any return is
that the product should be unused and should be in the original condition as it
was delivered in.
The product to be returned /
exchanged should be returned in its actual condition at the time of delivery.
Please ensure that clothes and footwear are not used (other than trials),
altered, washed, soiled or damaged. Retain original tags and accessories.
Branded packaging should be returned in an undamaged condition with the
product.
However, damages due to misuse of
product are not covered under the policy. Consumable items that have been used
or installed cannot be returned. Socks and clothing freebies are ineligible for
returns. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers are likewise
ineligible.
'Damage' or 'defect' is as defined
under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please return the item in the actual
condition you received it with all its original packaging and accessories.
Replacement can be for the entire
product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same.

We will pick-up the product that has to be returned from you at no cost to you.
How can I cancel items in my order?
You can cancel an item in your
order, within 24 hours of placing the order unless your order has already been
processed and shipped.
To cancel the complete order or any
item, you have to call us on our customer care # +91 9355373867 or mail us on klsethuniformsonline@gmail.com.
How long will it take to process my
cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of
item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel
the order and initiate a refund, should any payment be made by you at the time
of placing the order. You will be notified of the same.
Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, KLSETHISONS
will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund to the source of the
payment method.
Shipping Policy
FREE SHIPPING ALL OVER INDIA FOR SCHOOL
UNIFORM PRODUCTS. RS 100 will be charged to all the products other than school
uniforms.
Refund Policy
Please allow up to 10 working days
after receipt of your item to process any refunds. Where the original payment
was made by credit / debit card we will refund any amount to the original card
that was used. Where an order was paid for by cash on delivery, refunds will be
made by bank transfer / NEFT.
Your money will be refunded to you within 7-10 business days of you making the
cancellation request. (in any case of a refund we would only refund the money
once we have received the product back at our /seller’s warehouse) Please get
in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of
cancellation/refund by klsethisons. Should there be any delays caused at the
end of klsethisons, we will update you of the same. KLSethiSons shall not be
responsible for (a) any delays caused by the banks in making the refund; and
(b) delay in processing the refund by KL Sethi Sons of not more than 15-20
days, In the above enumerated cases KLSethiSons liability shall be limited to
the amount of refund.
